You can also make Come and Don’t Come bets after the point has been established, and these are essentially new Pass and Don’t Pass bets. Other types of bets can also be made, however we’d recommend learning the basic rules before you progress onto more complex bets.

Different Bets in Craps

As already mentioned, there are really only four bets that a new player needs to know. These are:

Pass. Made before the first roll of the dice. A 7 or 11 means you win, while a 2, 3 or 12 is an automatic loss. All other rolls set the point.

Don’t Pass. Made before the first roll of the dice. A 7 or 11 means you lose, while a 2 or 3 means you win. 12 is a tie and all other rolls set the point.
