Nothing major that I found.

One thing I DID find, that was shocking at first, are the 58 complaints on AskGamblers.com. However, all but 2 of them are either resolved or rejected (in favor of the casino).

Of the two that were unresolved (both of them in 2015), one was because the player wanted to close his account, but said that Leo Vegas wouldn’t let him. This was an odd complaint since he said he didn’t want to self-exclude himself, since that option is for problem gamblers (which didn’t apply to him). He thought he should be able to close his account to remove all temptation from playing here again because he didn’t like the service.

That doesn’t make sense to me. If I don’t like the service somewhere, I don’t need any help or incentive not to continue going back in the future.

But, what do I know? Because the guy wasn’t really splitting hairs – AskGamblers.com actually sided with him. LeoVegas “self-excluded” the player – which was both wrong in terms of principal and as a breach of their terms and conditions – which, according to Ask Gamblers, could get them in legal trouble in some jurisdictions.

Anyway, it sounded to me as if LeoVegas did what they could to remedy the situation. And, AskGamblers closed the case, but it wasn’t displayed that way in their complaints section.

The other complaint looked like a similarly tricky issue, too.

Overall – my opinion is that LeoVegas has your normal complaints, but no scams or major issues to be weary of. It looks like they do their best to respond to complaints and help players, too.

There’s a fair amount of overlap between this section and the live casino (none of the games listed immediately above are live dealer games, though). But outside of that there’s a decent selection of games.

There ARE several duplicates; again, because of the different software providers. But also because there are different variants of the same game. For example, the low and high limit games, or the games with side bets.
